Where is the Serial Number of Your ZMorph?

Whenever you contact our Support Team, it is essential to inform us about the serial number of your Zmorph machine, toolhead or 3D scanner.

The serial number of the 3D printer and 3D scanner can be found on the Warranty Card or on the sticker on the back of the machine.

For VX machine model there are two options:

1. On the LCD screen in the "Maintenance" > "Info" menu.

2. On the sticker data sticker on the back of the printer, below Y axis motor.

In case of 2.0 SX model:

The serial number of the toolhead is printed on a sticker at the bottom of the extruder.
