Smooth rolling of your spool with filament is undoubtedly one of important factors for getting error-free prints. To ensure smooth movement, 3D printing community uses different spool holders and brackets. Below you can find how to mount side spool holder for ZMorph 2.0 SX as well as three projects of brackets created by ZMorph user.
Mounting aluminum spool holders to ZMorph 2.0 SX
Note: This method applies to all printer produced since 2017.

Mounting plastic (gray) spool holders to ZMorph 2.0 SX
Note: This method applies to printers produced before 2017.
Take out rollers from the box. Click in two rollers into bottom slots of the side cover and tighten it with provided M3x20 screw. Take the spool, lean it on bottom rollers, and insert the top one by twisting it and sliding down until it holds the spool in place.

This design is capable of holding up to 3 spools of filament. Bracket is mounted directly to the frame of your ZMorph 2.0SX using two M4x25 screws, also you will need PVC pipe 3/4" 340mm long.
Improved version of previous bracket, which can hold up to 5 spools of filament. To mount this one you will need four M4x20 screws and 3/4" 500-505mm long PVC pipe.
Holder for single filament roll, that can be placed on the table beside your machine. To complete this project, you will need four 608 bearings, two M8 threaded rods 80mm long and M8 nuts to hold it together.
